This beautiful wedding dress was worn by Hilma Amanda Hobbs Chesney on the day she and Glenn Eugene Chesney were married. The Reverand George H. Bennett conducted the service at the Episcopal Parsonage on 20th December 1918 at 7. 30pm.

This original Goodwin's plan shows Brighton circa 1880s and lists the homes of figures in the community. At the end of what is now Birch Street the Cabana residence is seen, and on Derby Street the homes of Captain Currier, Mr. Dyer, and other civil war veterans. The Maloney home is seen at the top of Mountain Street, while the Foley and Tracy homes are on Back Street.
